Thank you for stopping by and checking us out! We are not a corpate company, we are privately owned which makes us unlike any other. We want you to have a wonderful time living with us at any of our properties,  therefore, wecome to know our tenants by name and face.

Units are leased as a whole and not by bedroom, hence, we do not do roommate matching. All of our properties only have yearly lease terms and subleasing is prohibtted. Below will be our move-in dates for all of our properties. 

Savannah Square, Williamsburg Place, and The Bungalows are great for everyone, especially for students in Graduate programs, Vet School, VCOM, and PhD programs due to the location and quiteness.

Cottages at Donahue, Parkside, North Ryan Street Townhome and Duplex are all closer to campus and usually have Freshmen to Seniors due to the proximity to campus and downtown.
